Stitch Spring Bunny, a counted cross-stitch kit by Abris Art — a storybook rabbit in a blue jacket, yellow dress and pink bow strolls through spring grass carrying a wicker basket full of flowers. Worked on 100% cotton Aida in 25 colours of floss, with glass beads.

A little stitcher's folklore: in old European spring custom the Easter hare brought eggs and good luck, and rabbits have long been a symbol of new beginnings and plenty. Stitchers say a bunny with a full basket brings a spring of abundance to the home.

Why this kit: if you love classic storybook illustration, this bunny is pure charm and a lovely Easter project. It's a comfortable size for confident beginners. A sweet gift for a nursery, a child or a spring birthday.

Kit includes: 100% cotton Aida canvas, a cross stitch needle, 25 colours of embroidery floss on an organizer, glass beads and a beading needle, a printed symbol chart, and instructions in 8 languages.

Counted cross stitch is worked by following the symbol chart and placing each cross on the Aida grid with the matching floss colour. Stitch the bunny and clothes, then the basket and flowers.

Finished size: 18×20 cm (7.09×7.87 in). Sweet Easter and nursery decor.
