Stitch Heavenly Couple, a celestial counted cross-stitch kit by Abris Art — a serene golden sun face with flaming rays is embraced by a deep blue crescent moon, surrounded by swirling clouds and twinkling stars. Worked on 100% cotton Aida in 23 colours of floss.

A little stitcher's folklore: in many cultures the sun and moon are an eternal couple — day and night, strength and tenderness — and a rare meeting of the two was a sign of perfect harmony. Stitchers say this heavenly couple brings balance and lasting love to the home.

Why this kit: if you love celestial design, this sun and moon is rich, warm and meaningful. A satisfying project for confident beginners, and a romantic gift for a wedding or anniversary.

Kit includes: 100% cotton Aida canvas, a cross stitch needle, 23 colours of embroidery floss on an organizer, a printed symbol chart, and instructions in 8 languages.

Counted cross stitch is worked by following the symbol chart and placing each cross on the Aida grid with the matching floss colour. Stitch the sun and moon faces first, then the rays, clouds and stars.

Finished size: 31×30 cm (12.2×11.81 in). Celestial wall art and a romantic gift.
