Angel Black Cat Counted Cross-Stitch Kit by Abris Art AHM-019

Stitch Cat, a counted cross-stitch kit by Abris Art — a sleek black cat with a little halo sits calmly in front of a round, lace-like snowflake on a soft blue background. Just 10 colours of embroidery floss on 100% cotton Aida make this a quick, striking little design.

A little stitcher's folklore: black cats have had mixed press, but in Britain and Japan they've long been lucky — sailors' wives kept black cats to bring their husbands safely home, and a black cat on the doorstep promised good fortune. This one comes with its own halo, so stitchers say there's no doubt which side it's on.

Why this kit: if you want a fast, satisfying stitch with a bit of personality, this is a great pick — few colours, simple shapes, and the hoop is included and doubles as a frame. Perfect for beginners, and a sweet gift for anyone who's ever loved a black cat.

Kit includes: 100% cotton Aida canvas, a cross stitch needle, 10 colours of embroidery floss on an organizer, a printed symbol chart, an embroidery hoop, and instructions in 8 languages.

Counted cross stitch is worked by following the symbol chart and placing each cross on the Aida grid with the matching floss colour. Stitch the snowflake pattern, then the black cat and halo.

Finished size: 15×15 cm (5.91×5.91 in). Charming winter decor and a thoughtful gift for black cat lovers.
