Beware ! Horrible customer service! I purchased the Alice tea party set even have a verification order page that states it. Ordered for sister for Christmas and was super excited, then the wrong item showed up a day before Christmas, this was my big gift for her and i was devastating. I contacted the shop and they said I was confused because Etsy displays the wrong image on the site. So the shop is aware that there is a problem with how their products are being displayed but never once tried to contact the customer to see which product they wanted. I showed the shop my confirmation email with the picture and description of the item I ordered and they still said they know it's very confusing. They never once apologized or took any accountability for the mix up. They told me to return it , which now meant spending money to send
