Woodland Melody Applique Felt Kit APPMEL1O

Deep in the woods, Squirrel and Hedgehog are on drums - and with those two involved, this impromptu concert won't stay secret for long. The Woodland Melody Applique Felt Hoop Kit recreates this charming scene in 6 rich shades of wool-mix felt with 12 DMC threads on a 19 cm display hoop.

Why this kit: wool-mix felt, DMC embroidery cotton, templates, and a display hoop give the project a complete handmade finish; the layered applique style creates color and texture; the finished hoop art is easy to hang or gift.

Kit includes: illustrated instructions, full-scale templates and stitch guide; 6 pieces (marl jade, marl fawn, burnt orange, chestnut, natural white, mustard) of wool-mix felt (45% wool, 55% viscose); 12 colors of DMC embroidery cotton; individually wrapped embroidery needle; 19 cm wooden embroidery hoop

Use the full-scale templates and stitch guide to cut the felt shapes, layer them on the hoop, and add embroidery details with the included DMC cotton before finishing the piece for display.

Finished size: 20 cm finished. Hoop: 19 cm wooden (included). Skill level: Intermediate. Made in Britain using recycled and recyclable materials where possible. Presented in a distinctive folk-printed craft box that is recyclable, reusable, and fully compostable.
