Chocolate Fairy Sweet Treats Counted Cross Stitch Kit by Luca-S B1131L

Stitch Chocolate Fairy, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a little fairy in a yellow dress and sunhat stirs a big cup of melting chocolate, surrounded by chocolate squares, a pocket watch and a teddy bear who is clearly hoping for a taste. Warm golds and rich browns sit on a soft natural-toned fabric. Based on artwork by Ecaterina Babok.

A little stitcher's folklore: it's said that every bar of chocolate has a fairy who decides how many squares you really need. Stitchers claim that finishing a row on this design earns you one square, no more.

Why this kit: a charming, cosy design for chocolate lovers and anyone who enjoys whimsical fairy art. It makes a delightful kitchen picture or a gift for the friend with the sweetest tooth.

Kit includes: 16-count light beige Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Anchor 100% cotton threads in 44 colours, a needle, a symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the fairy's face and dress, then add the chocolate cup and treats, and finish with the teddy and small details using the symbol chart. The background is left open, so the design is quick to finish.

Finished size: 18.5×22.5 cm (7.3×8.9 in). A sweet little picture for the kitchen or café corner, and a fun gift for chocolate lovers.
