Stitch Holiday Gifts, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a cuddly teddy bear in a Santa hat sits on top of a pile of red and gold presents, with a little robin perched on his hat and snowflakes all around.

A little stitcher's folklore: it's said a teddy bear left by the tree on Christmas Eve keeps watch until Father Christmas has been.

Why this kit: a sweet, gentle Christmas design with 36 colours at an intermediate level.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 36 colours, a needle, a partially coloured chart with coloured backstitch and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the teddy's face and hat, then the presents and ribbons, and finish with the robin and snowflakes using the partially coloured chart.

Finished size: 23×22 cm (9.1×8.7 in). A sweet Christmas decoration for a child's room and a lovely festive gift.
