Stitch Kitten and Duckling, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a tabby kitten and a fluffy yellow duckling touch noses in a sweet little kiss, with a pink heart and splashes of watercolour colour bursting around them. Based on artwork by Alena Dabrynina.

A little stitcher's folklore: an old farmyard saying goes that animals who meet as babies stay friends for life. Stitchers say these two proved it.

Kit includes: 16-count antique white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Anchor 100% cotton threads in 36 colours, a needle, a symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the faces and eyes, then stitch the tabby fur and fluffy yellow down, and finish with the heart and colour splashes using the symbol chart.

Finished size: 20.5×19.5 cm (8.1×7.7 in). A heart-warming picture to frame and a sweet friendship gift.
