Stitch Playful Kitten, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a fluffy tabby kitten rolls on its back with paws in the air, reaching for a bright blue butterfly fluttering just out of reach. Soft browns and creams on white Aida make the fur look wonderfully soft.

A little stitcher's folklore: a butterfly teasing a kitten was said to bring laughter into a house, and a home full of laughter is never unlucky.

Why this kit: a fun, lively cat design that captures pure kitten mischief — perfect for cat lovers of all ages.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 33 colours, 2 needles, a black-and-white symbol chart with coloured backstitch and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the kitten's face and paws, then the fluffy fur, and finish with the blue butterfly using the symbol chart.

Finished size: 33×23 cm (13×9.1 in). A playful cat picture to frame and a guaranteed smile for any cat lover.
