Stitch Tulips Bouquet, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — pink and yellow tulips with blue anemones spill from a blue-and-white china jug, with a few fallen blooms and petals scattered around it.

A little stitcher's folklore: tulips were once so treasured that a single bulb could buy a house — a bunch of them is a wish for a rich and happy spring.

Why this kit: a fresh, cheerful spring floral with 57 colours — lovely in a kitchen or hallway and a perfect Mother's Day gift.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 57 colours, 2 needles, a black-and-white symbol chart and instructions (a QR code inside also gives you a digital PDF of the pattern). A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the pink and yellow tulips, then the blue anemones, and finish with the leaves and china jug using the black-and-white chart.

Finished size: 26×26.5 cm (10.2×10.4 in). A fresh spring floral to frame and a lovely gift.
