Stitch Lake With Water Lilies, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — creamy white water lilies with golden hearts float among blue-green lily pads on a rippling blue lake, with a dragonfly skimming the water.

A little stitcher's folklore: water lilies close at night and open again at dawn, so they were long seen as a symbol of rebirth and peace.

Why this kit: a calm, elegant design with 55 colours and an easy skill level — relaxing to stitch and lovely in a bathroom or bedroom.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 55 colours, 2 needles, a partially coloured chart with coloured backstitch and instructions (a QR code inside also gives you a digital PDF of the pattern). A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the golden centres, then the white petals, and finish with the lily pads and water using the partially coloured chart.

Finished size: 25×30 cm (9.8×11.8 in). A tranquil picture for the bedroom or bathroom and a lovely gift.
