Stitch Little House in The Forest, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a snow-roofed cottage with glowing windows sits among dark pines and red autumn trees, with bright red poinsettias blooming in the snow in front. The white round hoop is included, ready to hang.

A little stitcher's folklore: the poinsettia is known as the Christmas star, and a cottage framed by them was said to shine as a beacon for Christmas cheer.

Why this kit: a cosy, festive round design that comes with its own hoop — lovely as a seasonal decoration or Christmas gift.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 44 colours, 2 needles, a white round embroidery hoop (20.5 cm), a partially coloured chart with coloured backstitch and instructions. The hoop doubles as a ready-made frame.

Start with the cottage and glowing windows, then the trees, and finish with the red poinsettias and snow using the partially coloured chart.

Finished size: 17×17 cm (6.7×6.7 in). A cosy Christmas hoop art piece ready to hang and a lovely festive gift.
