Stitch Nom!, a small counted cross stitch kit by RTO — a grumpy, fluffy tabby cat with wide eyes and its tail in the air pounces on a bare human foot and takes a big bite. Worked in just 6 colours of DMC stranded cotton on 16-count white Aida.

A little stitcher's folklore: a cat nibbling your toes at dawn was said to be the most reliable alarm clock in any house. Stitchers say this one never oversleeps.

Why this kit: if you love cats and a good laugh, this cheeky little design is quick and easy — only 6 colours. A perfect funny gift for every cat owner who knows this feeling.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), DMC stranded cotton in 6 colours, a needle, a colour symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the cat's wide eyes and face, then build up the dark tabby fur. Finish with the pale outline of the foot.

Finished size: 11.5×12 cm (4.53×4.72 in). A funny little cat picture to frame and a gift that always gets a laugh.
