Stitch Fir-tree, a mini counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a simple snowy green fir tree stands in a drift of snow with a few flakes falling around it.

A little stitcher's folklore: an evergreen fir was once brought indoors in winter as a promise that spring would always return.

Why this kit: a tiny, beginner-friendly kit with just 5 colours on easy-to-count 14-count Aida — perfect for children and first-time stitchers.

Kit includes: 14-count Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), stranded cotton threads in 5 colours, a needle, a symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Stitch the dark green branches first, then the lighter greens and snow, following the chart one colour at a time.

Finished size: 10×10 cm (3.9×3.9 in). A quick festive mini for a card or ornament and a perfect first kit.

Pretty
This design is simple, but pretty. I didn't want a full, decorated tree and this one is perfect.
