Woodland Soldier with Christmas Tree Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 10 in by Wizardi F07AM9-22-N01890B

Add a rustic touch to the holidays with the Woodland Soldier, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a soldier in a red velvet hat with a holly clip, a white beard under a curled moustache, and a long brown faux-fur coat over a red tartan plaid jacket trimmed in gold. He carries a little frosted bottle-brush Christmas tree, with white fur trousers and black boots on a green base edged in gold.

A little collector's folklore: bringing home a tree from the forest is one of the oldest Christmas traditions, and collectors say this soldier picked the very first one and carried it home through the snow.

Why this nutcracker: if you love rustic, lodge or plaid Christmas decor but have limited space, this smaller version brings the same fur coat and tartan to a shelf, windowsill or side table.

In the box: one Woodland Soldier nutcracker in painted wood with a faux-fur coat and beard, a velvet hat and a mini tree, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Group him with the wreath soldier and the royal spear soldier (F07AM9-22-N01890A and C), or choose the 15 inch version (F07AM9-23-N01890B). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 25 cm tall (9.8 in). Rustic plaid Christmas shelf decor, and a cosy gift for nutcracker collectors.
