Initially item never arrived and seemed to have never been mailed (so it also didn't arrive in time for Christmas as described). So costumer service was very prompt in sending a new one. Most of the pieces looked fine but the sheep (one individual and one held by the shepherd) look pink, not white, and look like they have no fur. So unfortunately this gift was not what I hoped for.
