Red and Green Toy Soldier Drummer Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 15 in by Wizardi F07AM9-26-N01867A

Strike up the band with the Red and Green Toy Soldier Drummer, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a drummer in a black top hat with a gold crest and a green jewel, a fluffy white beard under a curled black moustache, and a red coat with gold fringe epaulettes and gold braid. He plays a red-and-white drum with gold drumsticks, with dark green trousers trimmed in gold and black boots on a red base edged in gold.

A little collector's folklore: drummer boys once led the Christmas parade through town, and collectors say this drummer plays a quiet beat on Christmas Eve to tell Santa the house is ready.

Why this nutcracker: if you love a traditional red and green Christmas, he is the classic toy soldier drummer. At 15 inches he makes a bold statement on a mantel, entry table or beside the tree, and he is also available at 12 inches.

In the box: one Red and Green Toy Soldier Drummer nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard and a drum, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Build the regiment with the halberd soldier, the king and the swordsman (F07AM9-26-N01867B, C and D), or choose the 12 inch version (F07AM9-27-N01867A). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 38 cm tall (15 in). Traditional Christmas mantel decor, and a classic gift for drummers and nutcracker collectors.
