I purchased this one as a gift, but I purchased an additional organizer for myself. Arrived exactly as described, with instructions in English as well as I believe Ukrainian and Russian. The wood is smooth and well-made. I wasn't sure if I'd like stitching on the faux leather, but thankfully it is pleasant to stitch. Highly recommend!
