Modern Navy Loft DIY Miniature House Kit 10 in by Wizardi F07M5-2-L-032-A

A clear-walled modern loft on two levels: a curved open staircase leads from a living area with a navy velvet sofa, marble-look coffee table and TV wall up to a soft grey bedroom with a padded headboard and slippers by the bed. A home office with a computer and lamp, a bathroom with a soaking tub, and a small dining corner by a narrow balcony complete the home, all in white, grey and navy with brass touches.

A little crafter's folklore: city builders say every loft needs one plant by the window, and miniaturists like to set an extra pot by the stairs.

Why this kit: if you like clean contemporary interiors, this loft is dressed down to the last detail, from the monitor on the desk to the slippers by the bed, with warm LED lighting.

In the box: pre-cut wooden pieces, wallpaper and fabric pieces, miniature furniture and finely detailed accessories, built-in LED lights, and illustrated step-by-step instructions. Not included: batteries, glue and scissors.

A good first two-storey build thanks to clear picture instructions. Pair it with the Cozy Family Loft or Monet's Garden Villa. Build tip: fit and glue the wall panels into the shell first, add wallpaper and fabric before the furniture, place the smallest accessories with tweezers, and wire in the lights last.

Size: 24.5 x 19.5 x 16 cm (9.6 x 7.7 x 6.3 in). A stylish shelf display for modern homes, and a gift for anyone who loves interior design. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
