Kitten Diary DIY Miniature Room Kit 6 in by Wizardi F07M51-70-3013

A cream cottage sitting room with a white trellis porch: a blue gingham sofa and a matching porch swing with lace cushions face a round yellow table lit by a lantern, a white dresser holds books, tins and plates beside a lit wall lamp and a window with a roman blind, framed bird prints hang on the floral wall, and a calico cat sits among buckets of flowers and a pair of slippers.

A little crafter's folklore: cat lovers say a cat's diary is written in naps and sunbeams, and miniaturists like to sit the kitten right by the slippers.

Why this kit: if you love country cottages and cats, this room is relaxed and charming, with gingham, white wood and a warm lantern glow.

In the box: pre-cut wooden pieces, printed wallpaper and fabric details, miniature furniture and tiny accessories, a clear dust cover, a built-in LED light, and illustrated instructions. Not included: batteries, glue and small tools such as scissors and tweezers.

Part of a little 15 cm room series with a clear dust cover: Kitten Diary, Sunshine Princess, Fresh Sunshine and the Pink Bunk Bed Bedroom sit neatly side by side. Build tip: build the floor and two walls first, paper the walls before adding furniture, sew or glue the soft furnishings, place the tiny pieces with tweezers, and fit the light and cover last.

Size: 15 x 10.5 x 12.5 cm (5.9 x 4.1 x 4.9 in). A small desk or shelf display that stays dust-free, and an easy gift. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
