Family Stories is a large 38x38 cm design stitched on white 16 count Aida in 39 DMC colors.

Why this kit: a large, heirloom-size design suited to framing as a centerpiece; 39 DMC colors for detailed shading; everything needed to finish is in the box, from pre-selected DMC floss to a digital copy of the chart.

Kit includes: 100% cotton 16 count Aida in white, 100% cotton DMC floss in 39 colors, a Pony needle, a black-and-white printed chart with the backstitch shown in color, and a digital copy of the pattern. Finished size: 38x38 cm (14.96x14.96 in). Made in Ukraine.

The design is stitched by counting from the chart: each symbol marks one cross stitch in a specific floss color, worked square by square across the Aida, with the backstitch details added last to sharpen the picture.

A long-term project for stitchers with counted cross stitch experience and a meaningful piece for a family home.
