A white lamb decorated with Christmas baubles and a red bow, with a little bird on its back, surrounded by swirling red snowflakes, hearts, and hanging ornaments inside a white lace-style border on beige Aida.

Why this kit: a Christmas-card composition that also works as a framed seasonal picture; Preciosa beads add sparkle to the ornaments; everything needed to finish is in the box, from pre-selected DMC floss to a digital copy of the chart.

Kit includes: 100% cotton 16 count Aida in beige, 100% cotton DMC floss in 14 colors, Preciosa beads, a Pony needle, a black-and-white printed chart with the backstitch shown in color, and a digital copy of the pattern. Finished size: 15x18 cm (5.91x7.09 in). Made in Ukraine.

The design is stitched by counting from the chart: each symbol marks one cross stitch in a specific floss color, worked square by square across the Aida, with the backstitch details and Preciosa beads added last to sharpen the picture.

A festive mid-size project and a charming handmade Christmas gift.
