A spotted fawn in a red scarf with a sprig of holly greets a little bird, surrounded by turquoise swirls, striped baubles, and snowflakes inside a lace-style border on beige Aida.

Why this kit: a fresh turquoise-and-red Christmas palette; coordinates with the Christmas Card Lamb (M-0388) as a pair; everything needed to finish is in the box, from pre-selected DMC floss to a digital copy of the chart.

Kit includes: 100% cotton 16 count Aida in beige, 100% cotton DMC floss in 15 colors, Preciosa beads, a Pony needle, a black-and-white printed chart with the backstitch shown in color, and a digital copy of the pattern. Finished size: 15x18 cm (5.91x7.09 in). Made in Ukraine.

The design is stitched by counting from the chart: each symbol marks one cross stitch in a specific floss color, worked square by square across the Aida, with the backstitch details and Preciosa beads added last to sharpen the picture.
