Stitch Wild Rosemary, a counted cross stitch kit by RTO — white flowering sprigs of wild rosemary spill over a grey rocky slope, with a misty pine forest fading into the distance. Worked in 46 colours of DMC stranded cotton on 14-count Aida.

A little stitcher's folklore: in the North, wild rosemary was hung in the house to keep moths and bad spirits away. Stitchers say this sprig keeps the whole house fresh.

Why this kit: if you love quiet, misty northern landscapes, this wild rosemary scene is calm and rewarding to stitch. A lovely gift for nature lovers.

Kit includes: 14-count Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), DMC stranded cotton in 46 colours, a needle, a colour symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the white flower clusters and green leaves, then the grey rocks. Finish with the soft, misty forest.

Finished size: 29×30 cm (11.42×11.81 in). A misty northern picture to frame and a calming handmade gift.
