A little stitcher's folklore: candlelight was said to keep bad spirits away and invite good fortune in, and lighting all the candles at once was a wish for a joyful home. Stitchers say this chandelier is always lit.

Why this kit: if you love elegant, graphic decor, this chandelier silhouette is striking and easy to stitch with few colours. A lovely pair with RTO's Loft-Styled Lamp.

Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), DMC stranded cotton in 8 colours, a needle, a colour symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the scrolling black frame from the top down, then add the candle flames and the hanging crystals.

Finished size: 12.5×21.5 cm (4.92×8.46 in). An elegant silhouette picture to frame and a stylish handmade gift.
