Stitch Gift for a Christmas Tree, a counted cross stitch kit by RTO — a little white bunny holds out a shiny red bauble to a small, snowy fir tree wearing a Santa hat, in a deep blue winter forest with frosted bushes and tiny footprints in the snow. Worked in 28 colours of DMC stranded cotton on blue Aida.

A little stitcher's folklore: leaving a small gift for the forest animals on Christmas Eve was said to bring the whole house a lucky new year. Stitchers say this bunny has turned the tables.

Why this kit: if you love sweet Christmas designs, this bunny and fir tree is charming and quick to stitch, with the blue fabric setting the winter night. A lovely Christmas gift for children and families.

Kit includes: 14-count blue Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), DMC stranded cotton in 28 colours, a needle, a colour symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the white bunny and red bauble, then the fir tree and Santa hat. Finish with the frosty bushes and the snow.

Finished size: 28.5×22.5 cm (11.22×8.86 in). A sweet Christmas picture to frame and a festive handmade gift.
