Stitch Now I'll Teach You, a counted cross stitch kit by RTO — a little blonde ballerina in a pink tutu sits on the floor nose to nose with a fluffy grey cat, as if she's about to show it her first dance steps. Worked in 45 colours of DMC stranded cotton on grey Aida, which gives the scene its soft, misty background.

A little stitcher's folklore: a cat that touches noses with you was said to be sealing a lifelong friendship. Stitchers say this pair will be dancing together for years.
