Grand Terrace Villa DIY Miniature House Kit 13 in by Wizardi F07M5-31-P016-A

A three-storey villa under dark brown rooflines rises above a brick garden wall: the ground floor opens onto a dining room with red velvet chairs and an awning-shaded terrace among flowering shrubs and red lanterns, a staircase climbs to a living room with a tan sofa and a kids' room with bunk beds, and the glass-walled top floor holds a pink bedroom, a writing desk with a scroll, and a bathroom with a dark green clawfoot tub.

Why this kit: if you want a big family home to build over many evenings, this villa fills three floors with fully furnished rooms and glows from every window.

In the box: pre-cut wooden pieces, wallpaper and fabric pieces, miniature furniture and finely detailed accessories, built-in LED lights, and illustrated step-by-step instructions. Not included: batteries, glue and scissors.

One of the larger houses in the Wizardi roombox range. Pair it with Monet's Garden Villa or the Pink Villa with Rooftop Pool. Build tip: fit and glue the wall panels into the shell first, add wallpaper and fabric before the furniture, place the smallest accessories with tweezers, and wire in the lights last.

Size: 34 x 25 x 26.5 cm (13.4 x 9.8 x 10.4 in). A grand statement display for a sideboard or wide shelf, and a memorable gift for an experienced miniaturist. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
