Blue Cape Mouse King with Cheese Scepter Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 14 in by Wizardi F07AM9-14-N01015A

Let the Mouse King take the throne with the Blue Cape Mouse King, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a grey mouse with a dark faux-fur mane, long whiskers and a sly expression, wearing a gold crown with a red dome and purple jewels, a red jacket with a navy front and gold braid, and a royal blue velvet cape lined in white faux fur. He holds a scepter topped with a block of cheese, with white trousers and black boots on a yellow cheese wedge base.

A little collector's folklore: in The Nutcracker ballet the Mouse King battles the Nutcracker Prince beneath the Christmas tree, and collectors say he still sneaks out each Christmas Eve looking for cheese.

Why this nutcracker: if you love The Nutcracker story, he is a characterful centrepiece that completes any ballet display. The fur-trimmed cape and cheese scepter make him both regal and funny, and at 14 inches he stands out on a mantel or shelf.

In the box: one Blue Cape Mouse King nutcracker in painted wood with faux-fur details, a fabric cape and a cheese scepter. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Pair him with the red cape Mouse King (F07AM9-14-N01015B) or set him opposite your toy soldier nutcrackers. Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 36 cm tall (14 in). Nutcracker ballet Christmas decor, and a playful gift for ballet fans and collectors.
