As long as you're not buying this as a gift for someone I think the product is good. However I bought this to give as a gift and it arrived in a plastic mailing envelope completely crushed so I couldn't give it as a gift without repackaging it and making it look like it was a re-gift or already opened. Customer service had no solutions for this - could not send new packaging without the item contents and could not re-ship the item in a box instead of a mailing envelope.
