Peppermint Baker with Gingerbread Tray Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 10 in by Wizardi F07AM9-13-XC4617A

Treat the family to a little sweetness with the Peppermint Baker, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a baker in a green cupcake hat topped with white frosting, sprinkles and a cherry, with a red-and-white candy stripe band, a white beard under a curled black moustache, and a red jacket. He holds a peppermint lollipop and a small tray with a gingerbread man, with green trousers and black boots dotted with peppermints on a round red-and-white peppermint swirl base.

A little collector's folklore: the candy cane is said to have been shaped like a shepherd's crook by a choirmaster to keep children quiet during long Christmas services, and collectors say this baker has kept a peppermint in his pocket ever since.

Why this nutcracker: if you love a gingerbread or candy cane kitchen, he brings cupcakes, peppermint and gingerbread together in one cheerful figure. At under 10 inches he fits a kitchen shelf, coffee bar or holiday baking display.

In the box: one Peppermint Baker nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Collect the bakery set with the gingerbread house, cookie tray and candy cane bakers (F07AM9-13-XC4617B, C and D). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 25 cm tall (9.8 in). Candy cane Christmas kitchen decor, and a sweet gift for bakers and cookie lovers.
