Build a three sunflowers pot, a building block flower kit by Wizardi: one big golden sunflower and two smaller ones with chocolate brown centres turn their faces on green stems with broad leaves, planted in a terracotta-style pot.

A little builder's folklore: a pot of sunflowers on the desk is said to keep spirits high, because they always look towards the light.

Why this kit: if you want a cheerful, desk-sized sunflower, this one is bright, quick and a lovely thank-you gift.

In the box: ABS building bricks for the flowers, stems, leaves and the terracotta-style pot, and an illustrated step-by-step instruction booklet. Not included: glue or tools, because none are needed.

How to build and display: press the bricks together by hand following the numbered steps, building the terracotta-style pot first, then the stems, leaves and blooms. It stands about 8 inches tall, just right for a desk, bookshelf or windowsill, and never needs watering.

Size: about 10 x 10 x 20 cm (3.9 x 3.9 x 7.9 in). 359 pieces. A lasting flower gift for mom, a friend, a teacher or a coworker, and a calm screen-free hobby for adults and teens. Recommended for ages 14 and up; small parts, keep away from young children.
