Build a bonsai tree garden, a building block succulent set of 4 by Wizardi: a bonsai-style tree with rounded green foliage on a branching brown trunk in a mint pot, a green rosette with one curved purple flower stem, a coral and cream heart-petal flower cluster, and a lavender flower cluster in a yellow pot.

A little builder's folklore: in the East a bonsai on the desk is said to bring harmony, patience and long life.

Why this kit: if you like delicate details, the little bonsai and the fine curved flower stem make this a graceful set.

In the box: ABS building bricks for four little potted plants and their pots, and an illustrated step-by-step instruction booklet. Not included: glue or tools, because none are needed.

How to build and display: build the four plants one at a time following the numbered steps, starting each with its pot. Group them together as a mini succulent garden on a desk or windowsill, or spread them around the house; they never need watering.

A lasting flower gift for mom, a friend, a teacher or a coworker, and a calm screen-free hobby for adults and teens. Recommended for ages 14 and up; small parts, keep away from young children.
