Build a pink rose, a mini building block flower kit by Wizardi: a soft pink rose with cupped petals tops a green stem with curling tendrils, and tiny purple flowers and pebbles decorate the white planter.

A little builder's folklore: a pink rose is the flower of gratitude, the perfect way to say thank you without words.

Why this kit: if you want a small, sweet rose for a friend or teacher, this one is quick to build and lasts forever.

In the box: ABS building bricks for the flower, stem, leaves, tiny garden details and the white planter, and an illustrated instruction booklet. Not included: glue or tools, because none are needed.

How to build and display: press the bricks together by hand following the numbered steps, starting with the planter and its little garden of pebbles and tiny flowers, then the stem, leaves and the bloom. Collect the series and line them up on a windowsill or shelf; they never need watering.

Size: about 8 x 8 x 15 cm (3 x 3 x 6 in). 104 pieces. A cheerful little desk gift, a party favour or a stocking stuffer, and a relaxing build you can finish in an evening. Recommended for ages 14 and up; small parts, keep away from young children.
