Jeweled Sword Soldier Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 12 in by Wizardi F07AM9-25-N01866A

Stand guard in royal style with the Jeweled Sword Soldier, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a soldier in a black top hat with a gold crown band and a red jewel, a fluffy white beard under a curled black moustache, and a navy jacket with gold scroll embroidery, a red front and red cuffs. He holds a gold sword set with red and blue jewels, with red trousers and black boots trimmed in gold on a red base edged in gold.

A little collector's folklore: in The Nutcracker the toy soldiers draw their swords at midnight to defend the Christmas tree, and collectors say this one keeps his blade polished for the night the mice return.

Why this nutcracker: if you love rich navy, red and gold, his embroidered jacket and jeweled sword give him a regal finish. At about 12 inches he suits a shelf, mantel or holiday tablescape.

In the box: one Jeweled Sword Soldier nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard and a sword, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Complete the court with the drummer, the royal guard and the king (F07AM9-25-N01866C, B and D), or choose the 15 inch soldier (F07AM9-24-N01866A). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 30 cm tall (11.8 in). Traditional Christmas decor, and a classic gift for nutcracker collectors.
