Red and Green King with Golden Scepter Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 12 in by Wizardi F07AM9-27-N01867C

Crown your Christmas display with the Red and Green King, a wooden nutcracker by Wizardi — a king in a jeweled gold crown with a red dome, a fluffy white beard under a curled moustache, and a red jacket with a green front set with red gems and gold fringe epaulettes. He holds a tall golden scepter, with white trousers and red boots laced criss-cross in white on a red base edged in gold.

A little collector's folklore: the king is the head of the nutcracker household, and collectors say no Christmas regiment is complete until the king takes his place at the front.

Why this nutcracker: if you love classic red and green, he is a traditional king in a handy middle size. At about 12 inches he fits a shelf or mantel, and he is also available at 15 inches.

In the box: one Red and Green King nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard and a scepter, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Build the regiment with the drummer, the axe soldier and the swordsman (F07AM9-27-N01867A, B and D), or choose the 15 inch version (F07AM9-26-N01867C). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 30 cm tall (11.8 in). Classic red and green Christmas decor, and a traditional gift for nutcracker collectors.
