How to felt it: felt the wool into a firm ball first, turning it as you go so it stays round, then lay the night-sky background and felt the penguins, scarves and stars on top in thin layers. Finish with the bead snowflakes and the gold hanging thread. Work on a foam pad and store the needles safely after use.
