Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, which tangles the fibers together and gradually compacts and shapes them into a firm 3D form. Work section by section — body, head, tail, and paws — following the included instructions, then stitch the embroidery thread around the branch accent and set the bead eye once the base shape is felted.
