Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool onto the printed felt base and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, blending the fibers to shade each petal much like painting with wool. Work section by section — the petals, leaves, and background — following the included pattern, then add the floss outlines and beaded stamens before framing the piece as wall art.
