Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, which tangles the fibers together and gradually compacts and shapes them into a firm 3D form. Work section by section — body, dress, and hair — following the included instructions, adding the felt wings, bead dots, and gold hanging cord once the base shape is felted.
