Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, which tangles the fibers together and gradually compacts and shapes them into a firm 3D form. Work section by section — the body, ears, tail, and vest — following the included instructions, adding the wire whiskers and bead eyes once the base shape is felted.
