White and Gold Axe Soldier Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 10 in by Wizardi F07M6-24D

Add a golden guard to the season with the White and Gold Axe Soldier, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a soldier in a tall white shako with a gold chevron crest, a fluffy white beard, and a gold and white jacket with a white belt. He holds an ornate gold halberd, with white trousers and gold boots on a gold pedestal base.

A little collector's folklore: palace guards with gleaming axes once stood at every door of the royal winter ball, and collectors say this soldier still guards the door on Christmas Eve.

Why this nutcracker: if you decorate in white, ivory and gold, he gives you a classic soldier in an elegant palette. At under 10 inches he fits a shelf, mantel or holiday tablescape.

In the box: one White and Gold Axe Soldier nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard and a halberd, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Complete the white and gold court with the royal guard, the king and the drummer (F07M6-24A, B and C). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 25 cm tall (9.8 in). Elegant Christmas shelf decor, and a refined gift for anyone who decorates in white and gold.
