Product details: This canvas-only half-stitch needlepoint project is best for stitchers who want to choose their own DMC, Ariadna, or Anchor thread palette while working from a pre-printed Gobelin tapestry canvas. Based on the original artwork by L.C. Tiffany, the design is printed on quality Gobelin (tapestry) canvas, 10-count in 24 shades finished size 30 x 40 cm (11.81 x 15.75 in). This is canvas only, so choose your own DMC, Ariadna or Anchor threads separately to complete it

Half-stitch needlepoint is worked directly on the printed canvas, following the color areas and building the design with diagonal stitches until the full motif is covered.

Threads are not included unless stated otherwise, making this a good option for stitchers who want a guided canvas project and prefer to choose their own thread palette.

    You get what you pay for, this is a printed canvas, the color distinction is not great and the two canvases came firmly folded which creates problems for stitching and weakens the canvas. I cannot speak to customer service because I did not use it!

    I was a little disappointed in that there was not clear direction on what kind of floss to buy or how many strands to use for this project. It also took a little time for the seller to get back to me when I had a question. If anyone buys this, I would not recommend using pearl floss. It is not thick enough. Also there was not enough instruction either to match the color to the canvas. Only a small grid on the canvas - usually needlepoint kits provide more instruction. I am doing this but guessing at which colors to use at some areas. I wouldn't recommend this for beginners
