Felt Panda with this Charivna Mit needle felting kit — a round little panda sitting up with black-patched ears and eyes, a friendly stitched smile, and black paws folded together.

Why this kit: the felt pieces create a soft dimensional finish; the templates and stitch guide make the project approachable; the finished ornament or hoop art is easy to display or give as a handmade gift.

Kit includes: instructions, color scheme, New Zealand style Ashford wool in 2 colors, and felting tips (2 pieces). Made in Ukraine.

Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, which tangles the fibers together and gradually compacts and shapes them into a firm 3D form. Work section by section — the round body and head, then the ear and eye patches and paws — following the included instructions to build up the panda's markings.

Finished size: 7 x 4.5 cm (2.76 x 1.77 in). A quick, beginner-friendly 3D project and a sweet handmade gift for a panda or animal lover.
